1. Inspection: When we recieve a Helmet for refurbishment, we inspect the helmet for cracks, and component replacement
of parts. All helmets are checked inside and out for any visible cracks and servicability.
2. Helmet strip:
Helmets are then striped all the way down to just the shell, including removal of the edge beading.
3. Paint: Helmets
are then sent to our paint shop with matching visor cover for perfect paint match of shell and visor cover.
4. Assembly:
Once helmet is returned from being professionally painted, the helmet is then reassembled with new parts, that consist of, Visor assembly,
tracks and hardware, Shock liner and TPL, Earcup assembly, Cross Straps, Chaffing Pads, New Screws,
New Speakers, Round Mount, Microphone and Boom, and Comm Cord.
5. Final Check. Helmet is inspected for smoothness
of lenses in the track, proper assembly, cross strap tension and overall appearance.
Helmet Refurbishment Process
What we started with. Helmet stripped down to the shell, all parts removed, ready for the paint shop.
Finished helmet. This helmet was first painted blue, then sent to our air brush painter, who did some art work. Helmet
was reassembled with new parts and sent to his new owner

6. Helmet repair starts at $35.00 and complete refurb is $70.00 labor plus parts. For an estimate on your helmet
